So we’ve given tips to girls and tips to men but how about we focus on both. Its mid way through the year a long time since new year resolutions. Mid way through the year how are they holding up? Are you still not smoking? Exercising at least once a week? Or, avoiding excessive amounts of chocolate? Never mind resolutions get broken but as its July why not make some new ones focused on your sex life.

Focus on what you like in bed
Think about what really turns you on and tell each other

Stay Sensual
Buy new lingerie or something sexy to improve the mood

Touch Daily
Hug and touch just to stay in touch emotionally so sex doesn’t seem out of the blue

During Sex, think about sex
You will be turned off if you write a to list for the next day’s tasks during sex

Get yourself some grown up toys
